What payment methods do you accept?
We offer several payment options for your convenience. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards. We also take PayPal, GooglePay and store credit via Louie Supply Co. Gift Cards.
How long does my order usually take?
On average, processing takes between 2 to 5 business days. You can expect to receive your merchandise within 6 to 15 business days depending on shipping service selected and delivery destination.
Do you ship internationally?
Louie Supply Co. is proud to ship our products all over the world! The default pricing on our site is in USD, the conversion rate depends on your issuing credit card company used on the transaction. The site will default US Dollars on the checkout page.
It usually takes 6-15 business days to arrive in your country; however, in some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs.
How do I track my package?
Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. You'll get a link to the tracking history and from there you can monitor your package's progress until it's delivered to your door.
What if I need to update my address?
Once your order is fulfilled, we cannot guarantee a change in shipping address. If we are able to catch the courier in time before the package is shipped off, we can update the shipping address for you.
An address update fee of $15USD from the courier will be transferred and billed to you over PayPal. Please note, it is your responsibility as the customer to provide us with your accurate shipping address on the order.
Will I be taxed and charged VAT?
We do not charge tax at our checkout. However, duties and taxes incurred are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable upon receipt of the goods.
Louie Supply Co. is not responsible for applicable custom fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges. The customer is responsible for the charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.
How do I cancel my order?
We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. While we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed, you are welcome to return the item to us in accordance with our Returns & Exchange Policy.
What happens if an item I've ordered is actually unavailable?
Unfortunately, we cannot always guarantee availability of products. If the item ordered becomes unavailable or delayed, we will immediately notify you by e-mail or telephone. We never charge your credit card until your order is ready to ship, and we do not bill you for items that are not available.
A pending amount may appear on your statement immediately after placing your order as a measure to authorize your card. However, the amount will not be processed until the time of shipment; any pending amount will disappear shortly after order placement.
