Returns & Exchanges

We will gladly provide an exchange or store credit for purchases if you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact our Customer Support to request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Louie Supply Co. does not issue full refunds for any merchandise.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your package. Only items that have not been worn, altered, washed, or damaged are eligible for returns or exchanges. Please pack and ship the items you wish to return with all tags attached. 

For returns, please note shipping costs are non-refundable. If product(s) were eligible for free shipping during time of purchase, the equivalent of the type of shipping cost used will be deducted from the value of the returned product and refund in the form of store credit.

For exchanges, please indicate which items or sizes you wish to exchange. As soon as we receive your returned package, we will process your exchange and have it ship back to you for free so you don't have to cover the shipping cost again.

To ensure speedy service, please have the following information ready when you email our Customer Support:

  • Your order number
  • Product name of the item you wish to return
  • Reason for requesting a RMA (Return Merchandize Authorization)

Defective Items

If you received the wrong product from Louie Supply Co., or it arrives defective or damaged in transit, please contact our Customer Support as soon as possible. We will make sure that the situation is resolved for you.

Please note: As a customer, you are responsible for the return shipping costs and we recommend that you use a service with tracking and/or insurance.

(Louie Supply Co. will not be responsible for items lost during return shipping)
